Your customers have something you need. And you have something they need.
What we need to do, is keep you connected.
No matter how dramatic the end result, good-to-great transformations never happen in one fell swoop. In building a great brand, there is no single defining action, no grand program, no one killer innovation, no solitary lucky break, no miracle moment.
We attract visitors with useful content and eliminate barriers as they try to learn about your business. The key is to earn people’s attention, not to force it.
We make it easy to shop and buy from you by enabling buyers to engage with you on their preferred timeline and channels. Focus on opening relationships, not just closing deals.
We help, support, and empower customers to reach their goals. Remember, customer success is your success. Word by mouth is the best and cheapest way of marketing.

Wikkelwurmpies is a pre-school in Heidelberg Gauteng.
I worked extensively with them through the pandemic on putting digital systems in place like online registrations and Covid protocols. During this time we developed a visual language by pulling illustraton assets from Envato Elements which we animated for social content. We worked very hard on the correct messaging during this time, and educating the parents. Our aim was to become a good and trusted local source of information in die Heidelberg area.
We worked on a “partnering” program where “friends” of the school paid to advertise on the digital platforms, and through this we got expert content to load onto the website to give us an advantage with SEO.
Through this structure the school was able to supplement their income during the pandemic.
